I think Nantz enjoys sucking on his cock.

dls6501 11-06-2017 12:28 AM

Aside from the fact that he seems to jinx us, I like Romo. He calls a great game. Very knowledgeable.

KCrockaholic 11-06-2017 12:31 AM

Romo must think the Chiefs are garbage. We'll get him in the wildcard playoff round for sure.

EPodolak 11-06-2017 01:05 AM

He pinpoints whats the matter with us better than the paid staff.

But then, so do a lot of people.

It was a joke because he's never seen KC win this year.

19now11 11-06-2017 01:15 AM

ya i hate to say it but you feel as if your gona lose every game he dose for us. it sucks how easy it is for him to pick us apart. i do like his takes.

kcxiv 11-06-2017 01:19 AM

Chiefs lost, because they simply suck on defense. We have very little talent on the defense right now.

19now11 11-06-2017 01:54 AM

bullshit, i blame tony.

GoChargers 11-06-2017 10:12 AM

A quarterback is costing the Chiefs wins, but it's not Romo.

CaliforniaChief 11-06-2017 10:15 AM

I like him as an analyst. I would eventually like to break the Romo curse, but have no problem with him at all. Considering he had just been fellated by Jerry Jones and a video tribute, I thought he was pretty even. And the fact that he played for Dallas gave insight on what they do. Maybe we should have made him D-coordinator for a day.

oldman 11-06-2017 11:17 AM

I think it's Jim Nantz, he's a golf guy. Seriously, Romo is one of the best color guys out there.

ptlyon 11-06-2017 11:41 AM

#NoMoRomo

Right guyz?

Bwana 11-06-2017 11:43 AM

He beats Randy Cross, is that ass hat still doing games?

MahiMike 11-06-2017 11:56 AM

Deion don't like him neither

Your and idiot.

big nasty kcnut 11-06-2017 12:24 PM

I like romo takes. It hard to me to say cause i hated him as a cowboys qb but he's a good color guy.

BoneKrusher 11-06-2017 12:30 PM

I turn down the volume when Romo's doing the game.

Clyde Frog 11-06-2017 01:24 PM

He's the best color guy the NFL has right now. Insightful and technical. If you believe he is the reason the Chiefs are losing I have a couple of Jobu dolls for sale.

Great Expectations 11-06-2017 01:33 PM

I think he does a good job, but he shouldn’t do Cowboy games. The nicknames/inside info make it sound as if he is a homer even if he is being objective.

He was solid yesterday.

DanT 11-06-2017 01:46 PM

Romo is outstanding. I'm easily impressed with most of the announcers out there who have regular jobs broadcasting, especially in major league baseball, which is full of great announcers, in my opinion. But even for me, an easy grader, Romo is exceptional for his great insights, his very natural and easy communication style, and his candor. For someone so early in his broadcasting career to be so strong is exceptional. He reminds me a little bit of Bob Costas, who also had a very quick trajectory into the top tier of sports announcers, doing national broadcasts of major league baseball for NBC's Game of the Week as a 30 year-old.

DanT 11-06-2017 02:02 PM

For the youngsters who may not remember the big splash early in his career that Costas had made, here's a silly interview with him, the year after he won the 1985 National Broadcaster of the Year. He was (and I believe still is) the youngest person ever to win that award, which he won another seven times (and counting).

One thing I remember very vividly about Bob Costas and his early success was his answer to a question about whether he might have risen to the top without having "paid his dues". He said that there was no one to pay them to. That really impressed me. If you can be among the best at your profession, then go be it. You don't owe anybody anything.

Anyway, Romo strikes me as someone who is shaking up the industry in a good way. Here's an USA Today article about his style and whether he is doing things correctly, a sure indication that he's exceptional. http://ftw.usatoday.com/2017/09/cbs-...rts-say-yes-no

Lots of credit should go to Jim Nantz for working so well with Romo. Jim Nantz has also won multiple National Sportscaster of the Year awards.

Shaid 11-06-2017 03:33 PM

He honestly does a great job understanding what is coming up. Andy should watch the game with him commentating and see how easy an announcer picks us apart so he can get a clue on how to call something much more unpredictable.

All truth. Makes you wonder why he didn't go into coaching.

No it doesn’t. It is a very easy decision to make. More $ and more free time to be in the broadcast booth.

Did anyone else catch nantz giving romo a hard time for being a good tipper

LMAO

Don't be a cheapskate nantz, live a little

KC_Connection 11-06-2017 07:35 PM

If the Chiefs had even the current version of Romo, they'd have a chance to win the SB this year instead of basically none (not that Alex is this team's primary problem but he limits them). He's also a pretty great announcer too.

19now11 11-07-2017 12:35 PM

his voice is a little more ****ed up than i relized. he seems to cracle alot.... is that a word? no more chiefs games is all i ask.

We lost to 3 teams with QBs better than your anal love.

Chiefnj2 11-07-2017 04:10 PM

Romo shouldn't be doing Cowboy games when they are honoring him. Obvious conflict and inability to be neutral, but overall he's the best current announcer. I love his explanation of plays, defense, why he thinks a coach is screwing up time management, etc.

He's infinitely better than Gruden which is sad because Gruden has the same exact ability to call plays and explain things, but he'd rather just ramble on about meaningless things.

BINGO !!!

Romo and Gruden are guys that teach you the game and train your eyes what to look for in the future. Romo colors it like he is playing QB and what he sees and I love that !!

88TG88 11-07-2017 07:26 PM

His voice is kind of high to be listening to it for 3 hours. Decent takes on the game tho
