Keitzman found a way to obscure what he actually said and make a claim that he was misunderstood.

Listened to some 610 at lunch and it looks like the plan amongst the rest of KC sports media is to throw KCTV5 under the bus.

It might work. It's all been Fake News, but KCTV5 actually put their hand in the cookie jar and there were cameras. The Star's been eating some cookies (in Brooke Pryor's case, quite a few), but was a bit more subtle about obtaining the cookies. Now everyone will just claim they got the pilfered cookies from KCTV5.

Most of the nitwits at 610 jumped right on the "cut him" bandwagon too.

I really don't recall ANYONE in the media that defended him or even stated that we need to hear all the facts before rushing to judgement.

I remember KK basically yelling at and admonishing anyone that even dared to question the narrative or say "let's not rush to judge".

Kctv5 ran the audio tape as part of their newscast, by a person who is promoted as an investigative journalist/reporter? At some point, they announced that the edited parts of the audio were merely noise, dead air, mundane dialogue that wasn’t relevant? Someone from kctv5 said they were proud to have broken the biggest story in the nation? Then when 610 airs the complete audio, some station higher up goes on air tonight at 7:00 and says the edited portion wasn’t used, not because it was idle chit chat, but because Hill never publicly refuted the 2014 case against him?

Am I getting this straight?

Here’s the part that really irks me.

He said that they didn’t play the entire tape, because it might reveal the source. If Espinal shared this with only one person, then playing any of it will reveal the source.

If she shared it with multiple people, then she will still know that one of them leaked it regardless of how much was played.

Additionally, it’s bullshit that he cares so god damn much about his precious source’s well-being, but he knowingly allowed the station to play edited audio that could have been devastating to Tyreek (who is the one being recorded ****ING SECRETLY).

Why do you care so much about the people attempting to extort Tyreek, but you don’t give a **** about Tyreek? If you cared so much about this child, you would want his father in his life as a wealthy provider at the very least. Think about the opportunities he would be stealing from this child if Tyreek were kicked out of the league.

Well the biggest farce in the world is that people care about Zev in this situation. People care about the story on all sides because of how good he is at football. The child has been protected for months. Counseling has been going on for months. That part is over.
