Hopefully it's not a good player or that makes us look stupid...

BryanBusby 10-15-2019 02:22 PM

The Rams probably can't afford to give him whatever stupid contract he's asking for

Rams are sick of his shit, too.

Hope you like Baltimore, you burning grease-fire of a "human"

Rasputin 10-15-2019 02:23 PM

shit we may see him in the playoffs.

We can burn him in the playoffs but i'm one who wishes we never got rid of his dipshittery that would give the ball back to the offense. Our turnovers have gone way down since he left.

MahiMike 10-15-2019 02:23 PM

Rams are tanking. Can we get an affordable DL from them?

Dayze 10-15-2019 02:23 PM

I'm sure his lack of tackling effort will go over really well in an organization that prides itself on defense.

You wanna complain about John Dorsey - Corbett was a damn bad pick.

I mean even if Dorsey was focused on guard, I have no idea how you take Corbett over Will Hernandez. I'll give him a pass on Braden Smith (who I wouldn't have expected to be this good), but Hernandez appeared to be the clear #2 interior lineman in that draft (after Nelson). Maybe Ragnow, but he was gone already.

Corbett was a complete whiff.

I watched Peters in that SF-Rams game. He is god awful in run support. He refuses to tackle anything but a wide receiver. No way he'll help bring down a Tight End or running back. He's making business decisions on every play. That BS is not gonna play well with Baltimore, who prides itself on aggressive defense and a hard hitting secondary.

I remember the sinister undertones w/ the Maclin release.

"He must have a DV arrest on the way...."

And as it turns out they just didn't want to pay the guy when they had this Hill fella they thought might be pretty good if they gave him a shot at the Z position.

Sometimes you just wanna see someone else play. It is odd, though - Marcus Peters has been pretty good this year. Not quite elite, but probably a top 20ish guy.

But they pretty clearly knew they weren't bringing him back next year so they decided to salvage the asset.

I watched a few Rams games last year because of all the wailing from Chiefs fans about the trade and it looked to me like every team they played schemed at least a few plays to run directly at Peters. Because every team has seen it by now, get a running back or tight end with the ball running directly at Peters and he will get out of the way.

probably got sick of him freelancing on the field and not tackling just like the Chiefs did.

He's also a burning grease-fire of a human being

Rams also just traded for Austin Corbett. Quick see if they will trade Donald!!

He would just come here and disappear completely looking like dogshit and who would we point the finger at then? I am half heartedly joking here because he is not that kind of player. I do have no doubt we would misuse him in some way shape or form.

Only a matter of time before its us making a move.

Drop him into coverage on obvious passing downs. Can he cover a TE down the middle on 3rd and 18?

Well that makes the Ravens stronger the next time we face them. They already have a good corner in Humphrey. We talk shit about him not wanting to tackle but we won’t exploit it because we don’t run the ball. He’ll always be amped to play us!

Not-so-thinly-veiled racism. Dehumanization. Nice.

This forum ****ing blows. As does the midwest. Bunch of ****s around here.

Anyone who slaps their mom, chokes a coach, and threatens another person's life is pretty much less than human, regardless of race, but I don't expect someone like you to understand that, because you're an emotional windbag.

Everyone who's ever met him hates him, I'm sure. Including his own mother.
