Ah man, that sucks. RIP
|
He was one of those dudes who reported without bias, and always made you happy to see him reporting on your team on TV.

I have a feeling many will echo this sentiment.
John always made me feel like he was a Chiefs fan. |
That sucks. Rip

Mortonsen is old and slow as well. It's sad.

Rip GOAT
|
Dude always had a real smile on.
Rest easy, John. |
|
Was still writing only a week ago. Very sudden illness.
Such a likeable, humble personality. RIP. |

It was an entertaining and very popular show back in the day. Salisbury's bully like attitude vs Clayton's nerdy like stance. That was the era when ESPN was great. He covered sports in Seattle mostly since he was based there. |

Sucks. Always enjoyed him. Hopefully he didn't suffer. The last time I saw him he looked rough.
|
I remember back when him and Sean Salisbury had some kinda ongoing beef on ESPN, all instigated by Salisburys arrogant ass of course
Sent an email to ESPN clowning on Salisbury for his dumb jock bully schtick, and my ESPN feed was screwed for months afterward... RIP John Clayton, you'll always be better than that stooge |
Legend indeed RIP
|
Damn, RIP to a legend

Sucks man. He was a friend and extremely dedicated to what he does. Years ago I used to link his shows and post them here every Tuesday. RIP Professor.
|
He had better taste in music than you might think by looking at him. I heard him say once that his favorite band was Parliment/Funkadelic.
RIP |
Damn likeable guy. How did we go from him to steven a
|
RIP Professor.
|
Growing up, he was everywhere on ESPN. Then it felt like he suddenly disappeared.
RIP |
