49ers. Not sure DAL will even be able to keep it close, if Purdy just comes out and has his average day (whatever his average is over the last 6 weeks). He shouldn't even have to be better than average and the 49ers should be able to eventually get a lead and simply slow DAL down to a crawl and it'll be over.

It'll be a lot more interesting if either SF screws up in a critical moment, or DAL just comes out balling early. just don't see either of those scenarios as very likely.

DAL defense is playing pretty well. SF is struggling to run their offense so far.

There was a very prescient moment in the Kelce bros podcast this week that resonated with me during those two Brock Per diem scrambles.

There was a long discussion but what I took from it is how fluid and fast these guys say the game is when playing live. They said “Maybe. The crazy thing to me is, the math favors going for the 2 point conversion every time, regardless of anything else. Chip Kelly understood this well.

So if the math slightly favors going for it with all else equal, it should be a no-brainer to go for it when your kicker turns into Steve Sax. But they won't do it.

This same logic applies to the Chiefs with Butker imo. KC should go for it all the time.
