Lulz that website has some issues. They've had Massey as a righty all season too so this isn't their first swing and a miss. The've always had the players and the order correct though.

This Jackson Jobe character sits 97.01 on his 4 seamer and he also throws a sinker at 96.14mph and a cutter that's really a slider coming in at 88.20mph.

This has a 2-1 final written all over it.

I just copy/paste, but yeah that website has some stuff wrong. They're always accurate with names and batting orders; it's just righties/lefties and how positions work that they're still evidently trying to get their arms around. Neither lineup even shows anyone DH'ing.

True story Deberg, I was an Angel fan for many years. This because I was born in Orange County CA and my parents would take me to Angel games if I got good grades.

Things changed in the OC and the family fled and I'm now moving to Kansas City to enjoy Boulevard beer and a tornado death.

Why did the Royals trade a good player in Singer for a total busted prospect reclamation project in India? Did they think India just needed a better offensive ballpark to hit in? Cause the K is the hardest and that little league field in ghetto Ohio is like 200 feet to all fields. India sucked hitting THERE so the Royals gave Singer away to translate India's hitting to the K?

Because he takes walks. The only guys with more walks than him last year were Judge, Soto, Ohtani and Schwarber.

He's still doing that here, but he's not hitting yet. If he was hitting at his usual .250 rate he'd probably have an OBP over .400, but even now his OBP is around league average because he takes walks. Same thing with the Canha move, they've clearly tried to move toward being an offense that takes pitches and shows more patience.

Good player in Singer?

Singer gets grounders and the Reds need that cause their outfield dimensions are 98 feet in right and 96 feet to left, and 110 feet to center. Its a whiffle ball park so the grounders help there. Great acquisition for them.

We got India and he sucks at everything, he's just not a major league player. Jacking him around to every position on the diamond doesnt help.

Biggio shouldn't even be in the big leagues

India played in a hitters park. India does actually suck. If he was your 8th or 9th hitter, it might be ok. But you cannot depend on him to bat the most per game in your line.

The Reds stadium is a total bandbox but it's not like he's a home run hitter. Even when you factor in the ballpark he still graded out as an average to above average offensive player. He's not a superstar but he does a lot of things you want from a leadoff guy.

You don't put a guy who walks as much as he does at the bottom of your order. You put him in front of Bobby and let him get on base. He is still taking walks, not striking out and his average on balls in play is low. Of all the guys on this offense he's the one that you could see turning it around given his stats so far.

Nah, I'll let the wife endure that pain. Who knows, maybe she'll show up on a day the other team forfeits?

If he does turn it around it will be on the back of slap singles. They just pinned all of their hopes on offense on a guy the Reds wanted to get rid of. If they played him at second, batted him 8th or 9th he would be a good guy to have on the team. However, them playing him at a corner OF and batting him first is no bueno.

The main issue is , no one is hitting on this team other than
Witt. Vinny and Salvy have so far disappointed. Everyone else is just a black hole at the plate for the most part.

I really am hoping once the schedule lightens up a bit (almost all playoff teams), we will start to bounce back, but man, the hitting woes on this team are unbearable. No where to go but up! (Hopefully)

So if you have a $50 ticket on a four-game losing streak and you paid $20 to park, you'd be handed $50. $25 is half the face value of the ticket, this would be the 5th loss in a row, so $5, and $20 for parking.

Yeah, yeah, that would be the Royals proving that they really are trying to get out of this slump.
