I just wanted to let people know that I did not leave kansascity.com because I had a problem with any people over there. I liked everyone over there. I only left because I couldn't stand being censored. I had some posts deleted that IMO were not deserving of that fate... multiple times, and they were football topics.

Oh well, it looks like I’ll be hanging out here for awhile to provide a voice of reason for some of you diehard homers.<BR>

Many of us left merely because of the censorship... I have no problem with anyone there. In fact, I could speak with any member from there if they were to post here.

Like you, I am disgusted with the squashed opportunity of being honest - especially with no explanation as to why. Others may be able to stomach what was done to them, but for me to stick around and accept the demand would have been gutless.

When I went back to invite you and others, she had made it perfectly clear she was not coming. I (despite my signature) would welcome her here. But I must agree with mmaddog also she is over there still badmouthing a huge number of those that are here, just as a group not by name. In doing so she is labeling us all not just those she has specific problems with, that is kind of Chickenfeces of her in my opinion.

I have probably been as guilty as any in giving Denise a hard time. It is not my style to be foul mouthed or attack oriented, however I have some skill in letting someone ramble on (hang themselves) and then using their own words against them.

I don't know Denise personally, and I honestly don't have any personal dislike for her. She is welcome to post here and join in the fray as often or as little as she likes.

I will, however, continue to point out her hypocracy and inconsistencies as long a she continues to practise them (on this bb).

For this reason, I think that she will probably choose to stay with a group of people that don't know her reputation. Hopefully, the old bb will fill up with newbies so that she can have a fresh start.

FWIW, I haven't seen anything posted about Denise on this board that wasn't "said to her face" on the other board. When that begins to happen, it's a problem and it will need to be addressed at that time . Denise & the other board will blow over in time. I agree, some people allow themselves to be far too infuriated by her....
