If the Chiefs take a G or LT at #1, it would be funny if everyone at the draft party stood up and left.

I'm not sure Star has a place on the team either. He seems like a 4-3 DT, not a 3-4 DE. I haven't seem anything that really projects him to a NT in a 3-4 either and we just took Poe at #11 last year (I suppose they could move Poe to DE).

I'm not an expert or anything, but Star reminds me of Stephen Paea, who the Bears took in the second round a couple of years ago. A nice DT but not worth the #1 pick by any means.

I just don't see a DL worth that pick, especially if you think a QB isn't worth it.

If they re sign Albert, I'd say it's pretty much a lock we are taking a Qb there.

Dayze 02-18-2013 02:26 PM

we'll draft Womack, move him to LT; sign Albert and put him back at his natural position at Guard. / True Fan.

Messier 02-18-2013 02:26 PM

They'll tack Millner before Warmack.

I say 10% or less. Andy Reid isn't reeruned.

He took a 28 year old guard in the first round a couple years ago.

Not with the #1 pick.

I just can't get on board with Milliner

Or, and if it could work I'd like it, trade down, although I think most teams don't love anyone either.

Like 23rd overall. Not even close to a similar situation.

If we could say, trade down to 4 with Philly, get Foles and some picks, and then take Milliner, that would be ideal but it would be INFINITELY better than some of the alternatives being discussed.

At 23. And he was 26.

BigMeatballDave 02-18-2013 02:36 PM
