That will be the interesting thing to see in how much overall power Reid would have? Then again one would assume he would still want the power he had before. That is why bringing in someone like Heckert who has worked with Reid before makes sense. At least Reid would be comfortable with the GM/HC relationship.

Hopefully a change in scenery and a different roster will refresh Reid's drafting abilities.
