The funny thing about Romeo is he's clueless to how completely incapable he is of fixing what is wrong with the Chiefs.

He thinks his strategic decisions... benching players when they turn the ball over, benching Cassel for Quinn... are going to have an impact.

If I was Romeo, I'd just put Fat Scott's butt boy Cassel back in, get my retirement/future plans as a defensive coordinator with another team (Patriots?) in order and pretend this year never happened.
