It's better than being in Manhattan for the entire Bowl Season. Practice, Experience and a reward the players hard work. Kinda sucks for the fans, because that's not somewhere I want to go for a Bowl Game, but I can assure you that the players are pumped to be going.

Agreed. But I'm happy to see this team go to a bowl game. Student tix are only $60 and I'm a senior so I'd love to go, but the cost of a flight, hotel & food are probably going to keep me home.

eh, it's not THAT bad. Using expedia I found several livable options for around $600pp for either a 2 or 3 night stay. I bet you'd spend close to that pp though for cabs, food, and sightseeing, so overall you're in the $2500-3000 range easy, and I'd much rather spend a week in Mexico.
