#1 Wisconsin lost to #2 OSU

#5 UNC lost to Maryland

#3 Florida lost to LSU

If #6KU wins out with a little help they should be a lock for a #1 seed in the NCAA tournament, and more than likely they would be playing in Chicago. I Could see UNC losing again in the ACC Tourney, as well as Wisconsin.

I don't have the pleasure of being a fan of a top 10 team, but to me, it seems silly to care about NCAA Tourney seeding if you are going to be a 3 seed at worst.

I just got home watching Michael Beasley score 30 pts and grab 17 rebounds in 25 minutes. Sorry, that doesn't help KU at all.

The idiots on ESPN said there is no way KU will be a #1 seed. They also said K-State will not make the tourney, and T-Tech is a lock even though K-State has a 2 game lead on them in conference and overall record. I'll wait till the selections are made. These ESPN idiots just piss me off.

It matters because they generally put the top 2 seeds in the region closest to their home for the first 2 rounds. If KU plays in Chicago it could really help them out. I think they played in Chicago in route to the 2003 National Championship and also played in STL. KU fans generally are well represented in the tourney, so this can only help.

I can see K-State missing out and Texas Tech making it. KSU only has one good win and their schedule was a cupcake schedule this year. The Big XII may only get 4 in and if they do, KSU is the odd man out because TT has better wins and beat the wildcats head to head at home.

No it's not silly wanting a one seed instead of a two or three. It would be silly being happy with a lower seed if you can get a one.
