to boot or not to boot?
 

wife's new azus pc starts to boot and displays "starting windows" and then goes back to boot screen for monitor and then mobo and "starting windows" and so forth...

is this a "boot disc" problem or a windows issue?

can it be fixed without losing the files/data on the pc/hd?

does mars align with jupiter?

it finally booted in safe mode, then booted normally on the next try...

who can tell what these damned things will do next time you try to turn them on? :skip"
