The NFL hasn't announced it. Given the uncertainties around the CBA, they only announced through 2010. There's also the 18 game season possibility to consider.

Ignoring all that, it would have been / will be / might not be: AFC East and NFC North.

Looking like this one should be pretty good timing. They are looking pretty bad this year.
