Should there be a food and drink subforum?
 

There are a lot of foodies on this board... we have subforums for DC, pictures, and media, should we have one for food and drink? I think so...

I hear that I just had an awesome ham steak with eggs, toast and fresh fruit. Today is off to a great start.

I voted no and I like talking food and drink.

You must be a steak and gravy fan.

There's a pretty good chance that if there was a food and drink subforum, I'd make that my home forum on mobile... :shrug:

I also find that locating certain threads can be very difficult.

I wouldn't be opposed to the media and draft subforums being moved back to the lounge. When stuff gets posted over there people don't see it as quickly and discussion is supressed. Besides, what is a lounge without food?

The problem isn't necessarily search, it's that ****ing 60-second wait between searches.

I like seeing the food and drink threads pop up in the main forum. Having an archive location for them after a certain amount of time might be helpful for search purposes, but I like the idea of a mainboard that has a broad appeal rather than a small focus.


Just my take

I like the variety of the lounge, I don't like having to visit 4+ sub forums to find everything I'm interested in.

Official food thread, IMO.

Meh, I voted no. IMHO the lounge has always been a success because we have such a wide variety of topics to discuss, (especially during the offseason). Not to mention that if you just want to see a particular subject, you can search by thread description anyway...
i.e. Food and Drink, Family, Chiefs, Royals etc. etc.
