Thanks to Pawnmower I've found this game. Let me just say I've never been hooked on an MMO. This game is the exception, I'm hooked similar to the way I was on Diablo 1/2.

Some of this has changed since then as well, such as the skill tree which does not exist in that form. It is free to play and (I think) all of the items you can pay for are available for free(although it takes forever to get these items).

Sounds great, although I feel guilty I didn't play Planetfall 2 more.

Not sure about your tastes but this game is the shit. This game is original and very addictive, so you are warned. :D

Best part is that the community seems it is filled with grown ups who enjoy coop games and don't act like 10 year olds, I haven't played with anyone even remotely considered an asshole.

Anyone else play this or interested? pm me if you are.

Everything is a trade off, but I enjoy huge battles first and foremost (100+ people , mixed arms....

I'll mute people or turn off the 'local' channel and find a squad with grown ups. To me that is worth the extra effort because I cannot find HUNDREDS of people battling together in tanks, aircraft, infantry open field battles any where else other than planetside..

But I also like small 16 man type battles once in a while, I just get bored of it easily. I will install and check it out though!~

You may not like this then, it's 4 player coop squad combat.

I heard that APB:Reloaded was going through a renaissance and visited the Gamersfirst page to download it..

Low and behold, they are behind Warframe as well.

One warning, I have dealth with Gamersfirst enough to know that once the game gets going they pretty much set it on autopilot and bombard you with advertisements to buy micro transactions. Alot. Annoyingly lot.

Well thanks for the warning, This game is a genuine masterpiece. I haven't had this much fun since Diablo 2. I bought the $99 founders package already.

I may have to check it out. Gonna get in some APB tonight but might DL overnight.

It appears they do not own warframe but have partnered with them for distribution purposes only ala steam....at least that is what post #18 says here...
