I'm gonna give that a try some day. When I get my own place and have the means and space to cook. As of now, I'm living with my brother and his wife and she is ****ing filthy. The sink is always full of dirty as hell dishes and the counters are always dirty and have shit piled up on them. One day I'll be outta here though...

They lifted the grilling ban due to recent rain, so I grilled Steaks and Pork Chops. Plenty of leftovers for tonight and tomorrow.

I made salsa from tomatillos, onions, tomatoes, lime juice, garlic, and cilantro. Probably gonna have fish tacos tonight. Last night was my version of rattatoullie (sp). basically a shit ton of veggies into a stew

wife bought bison braughts at the KC flea market.
they were expensive but quite tasty. sposed to be healthy meat.
lady advised here to cook 'em up in a pan in olive oil which I thought was odd.....but they were good.

We'll just drop this right here. Was for lunch, not dinner.
