I hope this collective bargaining agreement thing doesn't shadow over the season. It will get old fast. I don't want to hear every week about a bunch of millionaire babies whining. It's simple. Come to an agreement or your "careers" will be threatened.

I think it's weird how fans generally side with the owners who are worth far more than the players who are taking years off their lives playing.

I don't side with any of them. Just come to an agreement. Everyone's happy then.

So now employees are allowed to sue their employers for not providing them with work? What a mess this country is...

The owners are making money next year, lock out or not. They are making it off TV deals they got thanks to the performance of the players. For them to sit back and collect while the players sit out is clearly unfair.

I'm sorta suprised that any one cares either way. I's a fight between millionaires and billonaires. Neither live in the real world, nor will an NFL season not being played really effect me at all.

men who play will pay later .. men who own get paid always ....

Yeah, labor disputes pretty much always screw the labor, but in this case the labor is also the product. Little different.

I know the owners are still getting paid but they are greedy and not having an NFL season will effect them long term. I think a deal gets done on time, but it will get ugly in the mean time.

How does decertifying the union help?

The players want chocolate chip cookies, the owners want peanut butter cookies.

I think it's because the players are getting paid a huge sum of money to play a game that most people would play for far less if given the opportunity.

The players do enjoy it, so...
