Are these like Net Ten phones, or something like it, where the people do have to pay to reload after the 70 minutes? That is nothing. Is anybody making some money off it, or after 70 minutes for the month are these phones dead as hell, til next period?

Doesn't seem like that big of a deal to give somebody a piece of shit phone with some minutes on it.

Here in Illinois, I constantly hear about people buying, and selling Linc (food) cards for whatever reason.

It's not like anyone is getting some crazy I-Phone or Samsung with unlimited everything.
