Some great pictures and travel ideas. How many have you been to? I'm at zero.

I've been to Yellowstone, Arches, Smoky Mountains, Rocky Mountain and Grand Teton. But the one that blows all of them away isn't on the list - Yosemite.

No King's Canyon/Sequoia? NUTHOOKS!

World's largest living things, man!

If Yosemite isn't on it, then it isn't worth reading.

It's not like the other places suck or anything, but yeah, Yosemite rules.

I'd like to visit more of these parks. I've been to some, but a minority.

I'd have a hard time believing that any place is more impressive than the Grand Canyon, though.

What?

No Swope Park?

pr_capone 09-25-2012 09:49 PM

Boooooo.... how can they not have the only Tropical Rain Forest in US territory on the list? Not because I am from PR but damn... this is something that people should see.

I would love to see every national park and monument in the US. Each received that designation for a reason and each has it's own beauty. We have decided that we are not traveling outside the US until we see all of what's here, even if we could get a passport.

Visit Yosemite and get back to me on that.

You can't get a passport? Are you on some sort of terror list or something?

No no no, we're safe, sane and legal.

Haleakala NP on Maui is amazing. It's all personal preference really. Grand Teton, Zion, Yosemite, Yellowstone, Grand Canyon and a good handful of others are on the same level IMO.
