Rocky vs. Raging Bull

I really would like to like this, but hard to imagine it being good. A comedy, I assume? How many old age jokes can they crank out for this?

This has all the appeal of an REO Speedwagon/Billy Squier concert.

He was my favorite guitar player until Angus Young and Eddie van Halen hit the airwaves in the late 70's early 80's.
