Not only that, lots of water the day of the test. You want to cleanse your system SND file your urine. Piss as many times as you can the day of the test before you actually test. It gets the stuff that has built up in your bladder out, and you can start with a cleaner slate. Stop a few hours before the test, but piss just before you leave to take it. If you pus too clear and they call you on "diluting", just say It's part of a workout training program to hydrate regularly.

Dude the Chiefs are a non factor for us this season, nothing the Chiefs do this year will affect the Broncos. Your best case scenario this year is getting blown out in the Wild Card round. Denver will win the division, probably have a first round bye and hopefully will be playing in the Super Bowl.
