Adam Schefter, of the NFL Network, reports several NFL executives believe Kansas City Chiefs head coach Herman Edwards will not return for the 2009 season.

One can only dream.

We're not the only ones who figure there is no way Herm keeps his job.

Man, I just can't allow myself to believe this. There is no logical way that Herm should be retained. None. But I still can't allow myself to believe it.

Herm sure doesn't act that way
