In the least surprising pick of the draft the Bucs take Jameis Winston. When your teams biggest need and is rebuilding no better way to start then to try for a franchise quarterback. Winston is the best qb in this draft and is good enough to come in right away and make an impact immediately. Hopefully he can get around his off field issues.

The Tennessee Titans select Leonard Williams, DE/DT, USC

The Titans are a team without an identity but with the recent signings of CB Parrish Cox and OLB Brian Orakpo and the resigning of OLB Derrick Morgan the missing piece on the defense is a dominant force on the defensive line. Williams may be the gem of this draft class, which is why Tennessee didn’t hesitate on taking him.

Fowler can either rush with his hand in the dirt or use his athleticism to fill the LEO spot in Bradley's defense. Chris Clemons is 34 years old and the Jaguars definitely need pass rush help.
