Wasn't there something a while back about the search warrent not having cell phones included on the warrent? Something along those lines?

What is a warrent? And how does one get one?

I will point out here that Hernandez attended UF and while there was involved in a gun shooting incident there too some harm done. I forget the details. I believe he also had a juvenile record, which was sealed because he was still a minor.

And there was also that thing that came out last year of his friend who he shot in the eye or something at a club in Florida. So that's 4 distinct shooting incidents for Hernandez.
