Nice I just learned a cool Chrome trick and grabbed all of the article < div > and posted the HTML into the post. All the links and images work.

because there are so many fat and old people that cant climb those stairs that tour the city and jump out of busses to take photos with the statue and then homeless person after homeless person that stands there and annoys you and asks to take photos for you with your camera while you stand in front of the statue, tip them/pay them, or just steal your camera if you are dumb enough to give it to them, which most tourists are that stupid.

place is so lame

Actually, that museum is pretty badass inside, especially as you go up to the 3rd and 4th floors (iirc).

They have exhibits of actual times/places. Entire rooms were replicated to reproduce buddhist temples or Medieval churches. It was extremely cool once you stopped looking at silly paintings. The upper levels were quite badass.

Pick your cheesesteak place wisely. Pats and Genos are awesome but if cheese whiz makes you puke, order provolone instead. Pats has juice that soaks through the bread, Genos is not. so I prefer pats. Pats is the original, so don't listen to advice that it's commercialized.

Philly has unbelievable restaurants. Choose wisely.

you can't go wrong. Philly is awesome.

Go to south street for its fun atmosphere and eat at Jim's Cheesesteaks- bst in town, IMO. Visit Center City, Independence Hall, and Chinatown. If you do end up doing the Pats/Genos thing, enjoy it but don't expect them to be too good. One of them is hilariously pro-American, with Freedom Fries and all.

Oh, and Tastycakes. Pick em up at a WaWa's

I stumbled on this place once and I was very moved by it. Washington Square, near the Constitution Center/Independence Hall, has a monument to the unknown Revolutionary War Soldier. Throughout the park there are mass graves of revolutionaries. It's hard not to be thankful in a place like that.

"Beneath this stone rests a soldier of Washington's army who died to give you liberty."
