Those char marks show that you turned that steak twice. Steaks should only be turned once. Rookie

He'd have gotten away with it too, if I hadn't been creeping around the back stairs and witnessed it myself thru high-powered binoculars...

I agree with Saulbadguy, where is the damn potatoe? :hmmm:

Saulbadguy 01-11-2005 09:33 PM

Potatos take TIME to prepare. Steak, throw on the forman. Green beans? throw in the microwave. Total prep time 8 minutes.

Demonpenz 01-11-2005 09:34 PM

Tomaters this time of year? Blech!! I'll bet there are no seeds in them. The taste is in the seeds and the gel around them. I like grilled cheese with pickle spears.

I think he meant tomato soup.

Thats what I always ate Grilled cheese sandwiches with, Tomato Soup (cambells). I always dipped my sandwiches in the soup.

Saulbadguy 01-11-2005 09:48 PM

I'm not really "low carbing" it, but i'm trying to restrict most carbs after about 5:00-6:00 pm.

What do you think of that Foreman grill? I didn't buy one cause I don't want to clean up the nasty thing. I'd rather go out in the snow and use the charcoal grill and get the taste without the clean up. I do like my fry baby though. Fried chicken with REAL french fries and no clean up.

Its not too bad to clean if you let it cool down a bit and just wipe it off with a sponge. I don't want to use a real grill cause I live on a deck, and don't want to burn the building down or anything like that.

Saulbadguy 01-11-2005 09:55 PM

What do you do with the grease? If you don't have a dishwasher I'd think it would be a nightmare to clean up with the grill and the drip pan. I don't mind cooking I just hate washing dishes.

I pour it in a coffee can and store it, and throw it away when it gets full.

ChiefsFanatik88 01-11-2005 10:14 PM

Homemade Lasagna and numerous beers and shots, plus some loving from my better half.

I went with salmon, teriyaki vegetables, grape juice, and a few baked Doritos. I had a brownie for dessert.

Hammock Parties 01-12-2005 01:26 AM

Man, you gotta have some carbs. At least a roll or something.

No, it's not.

Come on, what's a steak without a roll or a potato?

And the car chase scenes were pretty cool...

BIG_DADDY 01-12-2005 11:12 AM

Falafels with whipped eggplant. A 7 pound rotisserie chicken and steamed soycatash wich is organic soybeans, corn and red peppers. I seasoned with olive oil, lime juice, salt, pepper and cayenne.

Well... I guess they did...

That's all it's really worth. I didn't pay to see it so I was happy.

NewChief 01-12-2005 11:14 AM

I had vegetarian tacos made with soymeat crumbles, shitake mushrooms, spinach, avocado and cheese.

Yes, I eat weird shit like this all the time because my wife is a vegetarian.

I eat meat all the time. I even cook meat in our skillets. It's just not that convenient to cook meat for every single meal, so I eat a lot of vegetarian meals. It doesn't bother me, because I was a vegetarian for about a year in college (due to issues with the meat industry).

No, I get a lot of mileage out of one of those birds. I fed me, lil momma, the dogs dinner for the next 3 nights and I still have a breast and full thigh left over. The thing actually looked like a small turkey it was one of those Rocky Chickens, good stuff.
