Gruden is SUCH an overrated coach, it's not even funny. He won a Super Bowl with Dungy's players against a team that ran his same exact system. After that, nothing but mediocrity.
Please do hire Gruden, Raiders... then the Chargers won't be tempted to pick Gruden over Cowher. |
