So about these "character concerns"... Are they party related, maturity related, douche related, or what? I'm too lazy to research and I feel like y'all could sum it up for me better than some random scout on google.

immaturity (the stuff you mentioned) and intelligence related (Xs and Os of the game of football)

I'm fully aware of that.

And they both moved on after the '98 season.

I just have always believed that Reid has been overrated as some QB guru, and that it was Holmgren that was responsible for getting Farve to play under some control, not Reid.

It's rumored that Coach Dooley and other teammates did not paint a very positive picture of him when interviewed.

All of the above, and a dumbass with the ball in his hands, as well.

Ah, got it.

All you have to do is watch the Gruden QB camp clip to understand why he fell out of the draft.

He doesn't know anything about the game. He had 0 answers to Grudens questions. And even when Gruden pointed out 3 open receivers on one of Brays interceptions Bray came back with "if I threw that same ball I need to do..." No, you just don't throw it.

To think he gave himself a 7-8 on preparation if guys like Brady are a 10. Pffffft.

Someone on the Tennessee Vols board claimed that they thought he had a difficult time adapting to life as a star Vol from growing up in a small town of 6,000 people. Basically said it reminded him of a Dazed and Confused QB type of deal.

The question that keeps lingering in my mind is: why were the Steelers rumored to be in love with Bray, going as far as labeling him the "best QB prospect in the draft," yet when the draft rolled along, they selected Landry freaking Jones in the late rounds with Bray still on the board? Like, who were they trying to dupe? Or was it misinformation? The "misinfo" possibility seems somewhat unlikely because I was read about the Steelers' interest in him on multiple sites that I've never known to be unreliable. The draft is so weird.

Guess they needed their "Cassel," as CP would call him, to run Haley out of the building and save their franchise.

is there going to be a live stream of Stanzi getting cut for fans in Iowa?

mcaj22 05-01-2013 02:05 PM

Bray was in a bad spot no matter how you look at it

he clearly got bad advice on the draft, but at the same time he fell out of favor with a coach that wanted to bring his own QB in, his own offensive style and frankly Bray is not an option QB so he almost had no choice but to leave early or what, risk next college season sitting the bench because the coach wont play that style anymore

I guess so the coach is going to throw him under the bus when teams ask about him

Bray was recruited by Lane Kiffin before Kiffin being the douche he is, sold out the entire college/state after a quick minute.

what is a fact is that Tyler Bray was part of producing a 1st round WR and a 2nd round WR and those guys didnt just get there by balls not being thrown their way, so.

you could get 2 birds 1 stone with that stream and just cut both Stanzi and Moeaki and watch the Iowa homers piss their pants with tears

I forgot about the whole Lane Kiffin angle.
