Thanks for clarifying with the "spa treatment" caveat. Still no.

This reminds me of those commercials on the tube about 10 years back with Ditka, Burt Reynolds and a couple of others meeting around a table laying down rules of manhood. They were funny as heck, IMO. Does anyone remember what product they were pimping?

At least he didn't ask for a Pearl Necklace....

I live in the American Gardens building on West Eighty-First Street, on the eleventh floor. My name is Patrick Bateman. I'm twenty-seven years old.
I believe in taking care of myself, in a balanced diet, and a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. Soothing Beauty Mask After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. Neutrogena Deep Clean Cream Cleanser, Oil Free - 7 oz In the shower I use a water-activated gel cleanser... Neutrogena Body Wash for Clean, Clear Skin 8.5 fl oz (250 ml) then a honey almond body scrub... 100 Percent Pure - Organic Honey Almond Body Scrub - 14 oz and on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub. Nivea for Men Energizing Face Scrub, Normal Skin, 4.4 Ounces Then I apply an herb mint facial masque which I leave on for ten minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. Queen Helene Mint Julep Masque 12 oz. Jar I always use an after-shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Nivea for Men Sensitive After Shave Extra Soothing Balm, 3.3 Fluid Ounces Then moisturizer... American Crew After Shave Moisturizer 4.23 oz. then an anti-aging eye balm... Nivea Revitalizing Eye Cream Q10 0.5 oz. followed by a final moisturizing "protective" lotion. Nivea for Men Skin Essentials Protective Lotion, SPF 15, Normal to Dry Skin, 2.5 Fl Oz. |

Okay, so if you think your face would benefit from a professional deep cleanse, what should you do?
|
Depends on if the tech is hot or not. If she's hot enough she can do bout anything she wants except waxing. Had a chick try and wax my forearms. I told her that a mans supposssed to have hair there. One thing a do get everytime I have my hairs cut is I get a hot towel treatment. The hotter and the longer the better.
Honestly I'd like to find a place that does mens nails:) A mans manicure. |

scrub it shave it put lotion on afterwards so it doesn't get all dry |
My wife keeps asking me to go tan with her. I keep refusing to pay for something i can get for free.
|
We all know the kinda "facials" Jenson prefers.
Had to go there but stopped at the Catholic references... |
I wouldn't get one, but mostly because I don't really know if any of that actually does anything for your skin. But whatever. It's your money.
My wife might think I was going soft if I did it, too, now that I think about it. |
I dont know about facials but pedicures are the shit

Women, I don't mean to leave you out of this discussion. Feel free to chime in, particularly if you have had experience with one.

It puts the lotion on its skin.
Or it gets the hose again. |
I've done two spa days in my life and both were awesome.
The first was a massage, facial and feet at The Spa at the Mirage. It was $65 or so and lasted an hour. A hot woman massaged my neck, arms, hands, and feet then put on this cream and heated mitts and booties. While this was happening she gave me a Rose Water facial. I left there feeling awesome! This was the only massage in Vegas which didn't end with me getting a happy ending. Second was a complete day at Camelback Spa in Scottsdale, AZ. Went for the $185 Gentleman's Day and it included a mud wrap, Swedish shower, deep tissue massage, neck and head massage and facial, healthy lunch, and private pool. Again it really leaves you refreshed.... |

I knew your closet door would swing open one day, Jensen. |
I signed up for a 60 minute deep cleanse, with extraction. It also comes with some sort of massage. I really need the extraction. If I thought about that for too long, I could probably throw up. But this poor lady is going to basically squeeze the dirt and oil out of my pores.
|
I could use an extraction but it has nothing to do with pores.
|
Most women don't even want facials. Except for that special girl...........

Heading off to my facial in a couple of minutes. Not sure if I should wear something comfortable or if they give me a robe or something. Strange territory I'm entering . . .
I should note that I've had a professional massage before, at a hotel in Nashville (the Hermitage -- luxurious. I can't afford it, but my nice relatives can). It was great. |
I've never had a facial, manicure, pedicure, or even a professional massage... But I fail to see why so many men are against it.
I can tell you that I WILL fall asleep within 5 minutes of someone running their fingers through my hair or caressing my back. I can only imagine how good it would feel to have a professional pamper you. |
Signed up for a massage on a cruise. She said something about a facial so I said yes.
I was surprised by what she rubbed on my face. |
