L JL JL JL J Pt.2
Ok, so now a week after saying that L J has an attitude problem, will likely hold out and should be traded in favor of Priest, I am more or less reversing that idea. Sure L J has already had many big games as a Chiefs and posted higher numbers, but that performance on Sunday in the fourth quarter alone was enough to make me say Priest who? L J can stay and his attitude can stay as long as he keeps it in check. Heck, maybe the attitude is a good thing, a little roughness is good! Especially in football. So I have to say to Carl, sign him now and don't let a hold out happen and damage the good that is happening.
Hopefully Priest can handle being a backup and be a better one than Marshall Faulk. Because we definitely need a feature back system instead of split system. Out. |
Sign LJ longterm and trade Priest. Yea I said it. I like Priest a lot but it's just business.
|
All that talk about LJ holding out was a whole lot of nada.
Larry and Carl are best buds. He's gonna get paid, and he'll be here for a long time... |
Im not so sure that Holmes is even tradeable. I would be suprised to see Priest come back next year and even if he does, he'll probably be the #2 back.
|
I just hope that if Dick is coaching next year that he would get a little more "business like" sometimes he a bit too loyal, e.g. Greg Robinson.

If Priest stays he will have to take a pay cut. I wonder if he is willing to do that?
