My step-father had some old tapes of "The Jack Frost and Betty Vannamen Show" from KQ2 he wanted to get done. He took it to a local photography shop in St. Joe and they did it for him. Not sure what he paid but he was happy with it.

You might check out a photography shop near you?

Buy a DVD Recorder.

I do that for a living. $35 for up to a 2 hour program. PM me if interested.

No, but I have some good news. They re-released `Deep Throat` on disc.

DVD recorder would end up being cheaper if you need a couple tapes transfered. Just saying....

That's how I did all of mine. Brutally simple.

Another thought is to check your digital camcorder. Some of them have an analog input. You can hook your VCR into your camera and then capture the video through the Firewire output into your computer. From there, you can edit the video and burn it to DVD.

$100 dvd recorder will do the trick easily.

I have a TV card in my computer. I hooked up a VCR to the card and tadaa!

Even cheaper than getting DVD recorder.

PLUS, then you can start recording stuff on your computer and don't have to waste DVD's when you want to watch stuff. :D

I like this idea the best. Thanks!
