After the finger pointing? He wouldn't last as long as our last 2 OC's.

Whoever it is, it needs to be figured out fast.

20 teams are already in their offseason. Scott Pioli needs to work fast. Not that I want to be out of the playoffs, but the negative is, when something like this happens, you can fall behind. I honestly believe not being in the postseason was a big advantage in bringing in Charlie Weis and Romeo Crennel last year. I'm sure a couple of playoff teams from last season would have loved to get one of the two, or maybe even both.

Childress is going to the Rams if Shurmur is hired by Cleveland for their HC job.

You can eliminate guys like Childress, Zorn, Raye, Lewis from the discussions.

West coast offense.

Yep. Freddie Kitchens seems like a guy that would work(was with Parcells in Dallas in '06) and is the TE coach in AZ(has been there since Haley's first year in AZ).

I struggled with it at first, but then realized that he was suggesting that Haley would take on that responsibilty as well as HC duties, as he did last season.
