After being ticketed for using bad language in a classroom and failing to appear for a court date, a Dallas teenager must now pay a $637 fine.

Last October, when North Mesquite High School teacher Michelle Lene heard student Victoria Mullins say “you trying to start [expletive],” Mullins was sent to the principal’s office and given lunch detention, NBC DFW reports.

The following day the student was ticketed, with the complaint that Lene was offended by Mullins’ remark and it was a breach of peace.

If a story like that makes you angry, you need to learn to chill. There are way more screwed up things going on to get pissed about.

Like earned income credit for example.

So people getting a couple thousand dollar tax break for working instead of taking food stamps / welfare is something to get outraged about? OK got it...
