Burnt Ends - Love 'em or hate 'em?
 

So... what say you, Planeteers? What is your take on the smoky, chewy little bits of barbecued manna from heaven?

I've actually never had one. I'm a BBQ n00b.

Pork is my favorite by far but I like burnt ends every once in a while

Oh, hell. Could a mod please add a "WTF is a burnt end?" option?

Is that when you knowingly have sex w/ a girl that has gonorrhea w/out any protection?

You can tell by my thread header how I feel. I've gone to great lengths to make massive amounts of burnt ends. Absolutely love them. If burnt ends were the only BBQ I could have for the rest of my life, I'd be good with it.

I love them. There is one BBQ restaurant here in Bloomington, IN, and it sucks. I eat burnt ends almost every day when I'm back in KC for holidays.

Overrated IMO. Ill eat them though.

One of my favorites is a nice garden salad, shredded parmesean, burnt ends and poppy seed or creamy italian dressing.
