What is our second-greatest position of need?
It appears that we may have some other needs besides our greatest need, which is quarterback. This does not in any way diminish the fact that quarterback is our greatest need, and it is not intended to distract anyone from the clear and obvious fact that quarterback is our greatest need. But aside from quarterback, which is our greatest need, what is our second-greatest need?
Poll forthcoming, unless for some reason canceling the poll will help us satisfy our greatest need, which is quarterback. |

There are four clear choices - corner, inside backer, left tackle (provided Albert is gone, and I don't think Stephenson is the answer), and free safety (Berry COULD move there, but then we'd need a SS).
If Bowe walks, receiver jumps to #2. |
WR. And that's even if we re-sign Bowe.
|
right corner. then, SS
|
Depends on if we pay Albert or Bowe. Whoever walks needs to be addressed after the qb. After that, probably Dline *groan*
|
CB.. but there several others as well.

QB
Speed WR Cornerback Free Safety MLB some would say that Cornerback is more important than a speed WR but imo if we draft a young QB then weapons for him are a priority, even if the defense suffers. |
I'm ticked off because I wanted to vote free safety, but our cornerback position has gone from a strength to a weakness. We have to replace Carr first, and then free safety.
My priority list is: Quarterback, of course Cornerback Free safety Wide receiver Defensive end |
It just depends on if Albert and Bowe is retained.
|
Probably cornerback. I think a better coach and scheme could generate more of a pass rush with what we currently have....but a team can never have too many pass rushers.
