While Sammy Watkins would be a fun pick, I really like the acquisition of Andrew Hawkins. Josh Gordon is already a stud. Brandon Weeden is gone. Jason Campbell is gone. All we have is Brian Hoyer coming off of a season-ending MCL tear.

I've always liked the Hawk. Plenty of other WR's to grab later. Browns REALLY need to make this pick because he wouldn't be there at their next pick and wouldn't have made it past #23 for sure.
