Would you replace Pioli, Romeo and Cassel with AJ, Norf and Rivers?

Having no other option for the next 3 years, would you swap GM, HC and QB with the cHargers or stay the course?
BTW - This is a spin off of DarthPioliSatan's "Haters" thread.

Since it's obvious Pioli, Crennell and Cassel suck dinkies, the question is whether you would stay the course with what you have in place or trade it. Which option would be better?
