Penguin fans badmouthing KC
 

Didn't see this posted yet but at www.helpthepens.com they're selling shirts that say "Kansas City is for Jagoffs". I really don't give a shit about hockey but now I'm hoping KC gets the Penguins just to piss these guys off. **** Pittsburgh.

Of course the Penguins suck ass, and so does "the burgh" but okay

I've been trolling the Pens boards for weeks, and they are pretty brutal against our beloved town.
BUT, you have to understand, to them, we are the city trying to come in and steal their team. So I give them that they are acting out of a feeling of threat... and it makes me feel pretty optimistic that they do feel so threatened that they woud stoop to such classlessness.

They must be feeling inferior, after we stepped up and approved a measure for a state of the art arena, while they rejected theirs and are whining that the government won't build it for them.

Can't blame them. How would you feel if some other city was trying to steal the Chiefs or the Royals?

Why in the hell would anybody want to watch hockey?

I could careless if KC gets a hockey team or not.
I wont spend a dime on them if they come to KC... So let them have the pengiuns...

because it is the fastest and hardest hitting sport in the US? Just a guess.

they are just mad/upset because they might lose their hockey team to us ... i wouldn't take it too personally.

Not really.

Not every sport is for everyone, just like I can't stand to watch golf on TV or the cooking channel.

If I had money I would think about it, and would at least go to a few games. My wife even likes hockey, which is really odd.
