So, as of now, Eric Fisher is the best offensive lineman under contract in Kansas City.

Still time to do so and 8 days for the 2 sides who want to get the deal done to work out a contract.

Wasn't Maclin signing autographs in an Eagles jersey a couple days ago? Chances are pretty slim he isnt in Philly.

Maybe..but not tagging Maclin makes him an unrestricted FA...usually you get tagged until you can reach a long-term deal.

It makes him an UFA in 8 days. They still have that time to get a contract done and they still have 17 mins to tag him.

But being a Chiefs fan, I'm use to just "settling" for a player. I'm not even a fan of Maclin.

He's still not worth signing.

Alex Smith would be his QB if he signed with KC.

Unless he wants to play for chump change, he'd be a bad buy.
