As a first timer I don't see the need for the drama. You want to cheat to win in a non money bet fun game go for it. Doesn't bother me. It's a reflection on your charecter but ooohhhweelllll.... If you know someone cheated turn their butts in if you feel strongly about it. It doesnt have to be public.

I have been the admin of bb's in the past and I can tell you very easily if a post was deleted or altered and who did it. Now I don't know if that is the case here or not.

As someone who won't be affected this season (I'm broke), I suggest that you keep things the way they are. It's not like there is real money involved. Let the honor system and the threat of being caught cheating take care of things. I see no reason for you and Wolfman to make things more complicated for yourselves than necessary. IIRC, Coogs wasn't asking for any administrative changes.

You should also check out Taco's vBookie system at OrangeMane. It might be a way to reduce your workload if you do this again in the future and it would also fix this type of "phantom bet" problem.

Cheating with imaginary money?? Why bother.

I think we have this resolved moving forward. I will make a copy just before games so if your really worried about it check 5 minutes before the game. If you can't do that I would accept a PM stating your bet was made on the thread. I highly doubt we will ever have an issue though we haven't for years.

Who the hell would bet on the Bucs for $5000 anyway. If he/she is that stupid then they deserve to be called out into the open. IMHO

this thread is worthless without ratting on the dirty rotten cheater...
