Reason I see a lot of gholston in Baldwin is these are guys who would rather be in a gym than on the field. People assume they have work ethic because they're cut. Gholston never struck me as a guy who cared that much about football. I imagine he just didn't have the passion. In baldwins case... I don't think it's about not having passion, as much as it is he feels too entitled to work hard on the field.

I think Baldwin's main problem is not being explosive. To truly make him be effective, you have utilize double moves, jump ball situations, and deep 9's (go routes for others reading this thread from the Eagles forum) and 7's.
I think Baldwin works hard but he isn't clutch and won't be until he produces. Additionally, he isn;t explosive and has to build up to speed. This is a problem on him coming out of breaks on comebacks and dig routes IMO
