Does getting caught fapping to cp count??

We have Websense, and CP is blocked. There are plenty of sites that aren't though, and we all surf the internet during down time. Both management and our IT guy know all about it, and technically it's against the rules. They just choose to ignore it as long as you're doing your job and not infecting the computers.

My boss doesn't care as long as I get my work done.
