The passport card
Anyone get one of these yet? I'm thinking I might get one just in case I need another valid form of ID such as when your primary ID becomes lost or destroyed.....however it is weird that it is not accepted for air travel use :spock:

I'd lean towards the full passport. Cost is $100 versus $45 but a passport will do anything the card would do and there aren't any restrictions on travel anywhere.

I myself have a NEXUS card on top of my passport. I use it at the Canadian border because it gets me a dedicated line. I use the passport everywhere else..

I don’t think so there have been quite a few security concerns about it

Interesting....I don't think I would "use" the card but it sure would be handy to be placed into a safe with say your birth certificate "just in case" ...I would imagine I would use the actual passport more often but it also has the chip no?

Passports are for women. Real men just walk past the border patrol
