no shit. I was gonna shell em and have the kids sell them at the local farmers market in gallon bags. I got about 7 done and said F this.

LMAO i try it all the time w/the walnuts and hickory nuts. get about a handfull shelled and just eat them. i guess if i could find someone that didn't like them to do the shelling, it might pan out.

We exchange pecans for cracked pecans every year. That machine would have made cave men fat.

I mow over the walnuts and hickory nuts. It's loud, they fly.... No way in hell I'm picking up 50,000 nuts.

We used to have a pecan tree in our yard, those are alot easier .. Handful of walnuts are good for you per day

Yeah, that's a different species of walnut than what I grew up around. The ones we had were round, wrinkly, solid black little deals that were hard as stone and just as difficult to crack.
