this sucks for Mike, I guess he's owed a $2 mil bonus if he makes the roster next year, and now this puts a big question mark on that situation.


Seeing how fast one injury can change the amount of money you make, I'd almost bet T doesn't stay another year at MU. He'd easily go on the first day this April...

also hell that might not be a bad guy for us to take a chance on. We have the ends to play the position next year, and he's already once recovered sucessfully from a college knee injury. It'd also be nice to see the St. Joe hometown hero playing just an hour away :thumb:

What some college players who really want to stay another year do is take out an insurance policy. That's what Noah-Brewer-Horford did before returning to Florida this year.

yeah he can do that, but it'd be a damn shame if he suffered a major injury his senior season and miss out on a nice contract. he can always go back to school...
