Final 8 Playoff QBs - Divisional Round

Mahomes (27)
Allen (26)
Burrow (26)
Lawrence (23)

Prescott (29)
D. Jones (25)
Hurts (24)
Purdy (23)

Divisional round is often considered the best weekend of the year. 8 teams and every QB left is under 30 years old. Patrick Mahomes is the only one left to ever win a Super Bowl, and he's appeared in more Super Bowls than the other 7 QBs combined.

It feels like those 4 afc qbs could be the divisional round matchups for multiple years in a row.

Each should own their division. Sure would be nice if the NFC would draft some of the star QBs instead of them all coming to the AFC.

If Burrow somehow forced his way over to the NFC (maybe like the Vikings to play with his buddy Jefferson), he might go to like 5 Super Bowls.

Won’t happen obviously, but he could dominate that conference.

The NFC crop is terrible. Still, it looks better without Brady.

NFC trying to win with defense, AFC winning with offense.

Last 20 Super Bowls: 11 AFC 9 NFC

Pretty balanced.

8 appearances by cheating Patriots

3 appearances by Steelers and Seahawks

2 appearances by Chiefs, Tampa Bay, Denver, LA Rams, Colts, Eagles, Giants, Panthers, 49ers

1 appearance by Faiders, Falcons, Bears, Cardinals, Packers, Ravens, Bengals, Saints

21 Teams in Super Bowl in last 20 years out of 40 total team possibilities.

Every division has had at least one representative

Teams not in:
Cowboys, Chargers, Jets, Bills, Browns, Jaguars, Texans, Dolphins, Redskins, Titans, Lions

That's why NFL crushes it and MLB keeps losing audience.

MLB is 10 AL teams and 12 NL teams in the same time frame.

Yeah I was going to say I'm pretty sure that MLB still has had more actual parity than the NFL which is hard to believe. Remember up until a couple years ago the Patriots, Broncos, Colts, Steelers, etc. had pretty much dominated the AFC for 30 years. I'd have to do the math again but it was something like 6 teams had most all of the AFC Super Bowl appearances from 1985-2019 or so.

He’s killing it for sure. Looks like the real deal so far. Gonna be interesting to see how he handles the pressure Dallas can bring. Sucks you guys gave up so much for Lance. But having both quarterbacks on rookie contracts is great for building that roster more.
