Both teams have explosive offenses! We already knew about the Rams. And Griese looks like the kind of QB the Broncos thought he would be. If I'm Shanahan, I'd sit Davis and play Gary. He's awesome as well.

Damn! That was a GREAT game on Monday Night Football. I was hoping that Denver played well, and they did!

Unfreakingbelievable - they damn near won that game!!!

Well, that's the so-called 'hardest' game on the schedule, so at least they played well.

As for your question ... I think both teams have soft defenses. It worries me that Denver can't tackle anyone.

Ah well.... looks like the Raiders with their whopping 9 pts are leading the division.

I can't wait for Divisional play!!!!

madddog,

1.The Rams offense was AWSOME last year and they are improving. The Donks have grown a great deal in their offense since last year.

2.I have to believe that it was in the Rams game plan to play soft in the secondary, they let the Tackling Dummy (McCaffrey) and Smith run wild, it looked like on purpose. The Rams D-backs are a much better group than they "showed" last night. The Rams have a great pass rush, they didn't show that much either.

All in all I believe this game meant a great deal more to the Donks than it did to the Rams. I believe the Donks made a statement that they are back and the Rams made a statement that they could surivive a shootout with most anybody. Great game.

Last nights game proved one thing. Denver is cleary the best team in the AFC West, although that's not saying too much this year. If that would have been any other team in the division, they would have quit when they got down by 15.
