And? You're trying to equate a guy who was driving around with a .12 BAC and had an accident with a guy who at the very least watched 2 guys get stabbed to death and covered it up?

Actually killing someone while driving drunk is worse than obstructing justice. Spare me the "accident" bullshit, drunk driving is selfish and wrong even if one manages to avoid killing or injuring anyone.
