Females leave the acl's around the gym like they leave their panties around my bed. I am still walking a bunch and having a had chips, cake, or cookies for a month and a half. It has been hard giving up those chips, but I know it is deep sacrifice like that...that causes the most gain and character building.

Just like everything......there are good Crossfit gyms and horrible ones. One of my good friends helps run a Crossfit gym here in town. I think it was Omaha that said that where he goes there aren't beginner classes. My friend's gym is the same way. You aren't allowed to join the classes until you've had multiple sessions with a trainer who can teach you the proper techniques.

No, it's not. That's just plain stupid. I have a hard time believing that video is real. That shit is more likely to happen at my regular gym than my crossfit gym. That doesn't happen at my crossfit gym EVER.

Your body chooses which fat it will burn off first no matter what part of your body you excercise. Guess which part itsave for last on most men...
